Shipping policy
Ship Times
Shipping times vary based on the product and its availability. If you require a part and it is time sensitive, please contact us first prior to ordering to confirm its availability and ship time.
Please understand that we source products from many different manufacturers on your behalf and can usually work with them to expedite if it is available. When we receive a ship date from them, we shall send you an update. If an item is not in stock within our warehouse, it may require additional time to have the product drop shipped to you from the vendor.
Ship Costs
We do understand the high cost of shipping some parts. And at times it is unfortunately not cost effective to have the part shipped, and we do understand. If the cost of shipping a product appears high, and you are able to find a cheaper shipping alternative, we will work with you.
But please understand that for items that are drop-shipped from a vendor, we many times have no control over the shipping costs that are passed on to us. There may be times where we are forced to cancel an order due to the shipping cost being too high that we are essentially "buying the part at a steep loss". In those situations, we will attempt to work with you to locate a different part or direct you where to go to find it.
We do ask that you be patient with us and remember that "selling parts" is not our primary business. We make parts available for purchase since we have relationships with hundreds of vendors and the parts are already in our own system.
